Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot by the pool and along Grassland Grove Drive. Note: Do not park in the first parking lot on Willowsford Lane or directly on Willowsford Lane. There will be signage.

7:00 AM: Pool deck opens
7:10-7:30 AM: Warm-ups (Willowsford)
7:30-7:50 AM: Warm-ups (Lansdowne)
8:00 AM: Meet begins

**Official & Timer briefings will occur at 7:30 AM at the computer operations table at the far end of the pool deck.

Team Area: Please have swimmers find their team area in our parking lot in the half-moon area (between the pool and the Lodge building). (See enclosed map.)

Seating: We ask that all spectators and swimmers keep the pool deck clear near the clerk of course area as traffic tends to bottleneck. To maintain clear sight lines and facilitate efficient meet operations, parents not working the meet as a deck official, volunteer lane timer, or other meet positions are not permitted along the far side of the pool. Further, competitors may not loiter along the edges of the pool between the timers and the starter equipment. We encourage families to bring their own deck chairs to supplement those available on the pool deck.

Supervision: Parents and coaches are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and families and for cleaning up the team area. Please note, as a safety precaution, no swimmer or spectator is allowed in the baby pool or beach entry area of the pool before, during or after the swim meet.

Concessions: Concessions will be available: Chick-fil-A, Anita's, donuts, and drinks. Cash or Venmo is accepted. 

Weather Delay: Our pool management company has a 45-minute wait-out period after a thunder/lightning strike. We are required to clear the pool deck during this time. Together, Team Reps and Head Coaches will address weather delays accordingly.

Franklin Park @ Willowsford South

**Official briefings will occur at 5:30 PM, immediately followed by Timer briefings at 5:40 PM. Briefings will occur at the computer operations table at the far end of the pool deck.

Willowsford South @ Dulles Farms 

Location: 25930 Lennox Hale Drive, Aldie, VA 20105 (Virginia Manor)

Parking: Parking is very limited. The parking lots in front and to the sides of the clubhouse are small; you may park along Lennox Hale Drive for overflow parking.

UPDATED Times:
6:50 AM - arrive (no earlier than 6:30)
7:10 AM - 7:25 AM - warm-ups

The meet will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m. with the playing of our National Anthem. We ask that the 6 & Under freestyle swimmers be in their assigned seats with the Clerk of Course prior to the playing of the National Anthem.

Team Area
Dulles Farms: parking lot area near the playground, along the grassy median.
Willowsford: parking lot near the playground, along the sidewalk. We respectfully ask that everyone place trash in the proper receptacles and keep the area as clean as possible.
Visiting swimmers please enter and exit the pool deck through the side gate adjacent to the team areas.

Meet Operations
Timers should report to the far end of the pool at 7:05 a.m., for a Timers Meeting and to receive their lane assignments.
The Stroke & Turn officials should also report to the Referee at 7:05 a.m., near the Starter’s position for a Meet Officials Briefing, and to discuss the rotation of Stroke & Turn officials.

Viewing Area
There are multiple spectator viewing areas surrounding the pool. Please bring a chair.

Concessions
Regular concessions will be available, as well as Chick Fil A and Anita's burritos. Cash and Venmo (@dullesfarms) accepted. 

MEET THEME - WAVES GEAR

Location : Saturday Home Time Trials (no opposing team) at Willowsford (Lodge Pool in The Greens)

Age Group: ALL age groups on the "Big Waves" team

Date and Time : Saturday, June 8th

7:00 AM - Arrive & start warmups.

8:00 AM - Meet starts with first event.

~12:00 PM - Meet finishes.

Swimmer Registration : Must be complete before end of day (11:59PM) on Wednesday, June 5th

Parking: Please park in the pool parking lot. If the pool parking lot gets full please park along the street on Grassland Grove. Do not block the street leading to the Lodge or entrance to the pool.

Volunteers: Check in with Volunteer Director at the table as you enter the pool deck.

Officials: Please report to a briefing at 7:10 AM located at the computer table at the front of the pool. (This includes Head Timer, Timers, Stroke and Turn, etc)
