Parking: Parking is very limited. The parking lots in front and to the sides of the clubhouse are small; you may park along Lennox Hale Drive for overflow parking.

Team Area: 

Dulles Farms: parking lot area near the playground, along the grassy median.

Willowsford South: parking lot near the playground, along the sidewalk. We respectfully ask that everyone place trash in the proper receptacles and keep the area as clean as possible. There is NO SHADE here, so plan to bring tents as needed.

6:30: Pool deck opens

6:50-7:05: Dulles Farms warm-ups

7:05-7:20: Willowsford South warm-ups

7:05: Timers should report to the far end of the pool for a Timers Meeting and to receive lane assignments

7:05: Stroke & Turn officials should report to the Referee (near the Starter’s position) for a Meet Officials Briefing and to discuss the rotation of Stroke & Turn officials

7:30: Meet begins with the playing of our National Anthem. We ask that the 6 & Under freestyle swimmers be in their assigned seats with the Clerk of Course prior to the playing of the National Anthem.

Viewing Area: 

There are multiple spectator viewing areas surrounding the pool. Families should bring their own chairs.

Concessions: Regular concessions will be available, as well as Chick Fil A and Anita's burritos. Cash and Venmo (@dullesfarms) accepted.

Piranha Swimming welcomes Willowsford South to our meet on Saturday, June 21, 2025! Please see below for information on the meet.

Parking: Parking is located at the pool on the left-hand side as you enter the pool complex. Additionally, there will be 4 spaces marked “Reserved” for your Head Coach, Assist Coach, Team Representative and Computer Operator in the parking circle on the right-hand side of the pool complex. Please do not park on Claiborne Parkway or corners clearly marked with “no parking” to be respectful of our residents. There is limited overflow parking available across Claiborne Parkway at Mill Run Elementary School with a walking tunnel under the street. Feel free to drop off swimmers and equipment at the pool and park at MRES, though construction is impacting the total number of spots available. 

Team Entrance: You may enter the pool area to the far right of the main entrance in the parking circle, through the large, gated area.

7:25 AM National Anthem 

7:30 AM Meet Start 11:30 AM END Due to HOA constraints, we need to complete our meet by 11:30 AM and cleared from deck no later than 11:45 AM. (Please note that, depending on how the meet is running, relays may not be able to take place.) 

Facility: We have a 6 lane, 25-meter pool. The pool depth is 5 feet at both ends. The clerk of course area will be in the baby pool area. Timers do not switch sides. Please note we are using 3 timers per lane.
Team Area: Swimmer team area will be on the left side (diving board side) of the pool under the large green awning. There are pool chairs and lounges available, but you may want to bring additional sun protection and chairs for your team. We are strongly encouraging parents/spectators from both teams to set up outside the fence behind your team area, as space on deck is limited. Please remind your swimmers to clean-up after themselves.

Concessions: Concessions will be selling a variety of hot/cold options and accept cash or PayPal. Located behind the baby pool. We look forward to hosting your team.

Parking: Parking is available in the Community Center parking lot. There will be a line of cones across the parking lot towards the pool – please do not go past them. Event Parking is first-come, first-served in the remainder of the lot at the Community Center. Please note the handicapped spots and observe them appropriately. Any overflow parking is directed to the indicated “Street Parking” areas in green below. Please note only park on the sides of the streets noted in the below graphic in green. Do not park in red areas. We will have parking officials.

• 6:15am – Brambleton Set-up crew arrives
• 7:15am – Teams Arrive
• 7:20am – Brambleton Warmups
• 7:30am – Timers Briefing (on deck) - Corner near the DJ
• 7:35am – Officials Briefing (on deck) - Pool steps between DJ and computer table
• 7:40am – Willowsford South Warmups
• 7:55am – National Anthem (6Us should be lined up in chairs at this time)
• 8:00am – Start

Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the ground floor of the Community Center clubhouse – note “Restrooms” on the pool deck diagram below. Please enter the restrooms where indicated on the diagram at the starting end of the pool, i.e. the computer table end.

Concessions: The Betta Bistro concessions tent will be open as early as possible near the pool entrance near the parking lot (see diagram). Food will be available for purchase. CASH ONLY!

Team and Spectator Seating: Visiting team guests will set up just down the path, past the end of the parking lot - see “Away Team Area (Tents)” on the diagram below.

We understand that parents want to watch their swimmers compete, so we ask that you come onto the pool deck just before their respective events, and then please exit the pool deck at the completion of their swims. Prior to departing at the end of the meet, we ask that you please collect any trash that may have accumulated during the course of the meet. Please follow any instructions of Betta volunteers if requested.
