Willowsford South @ Rivercrest

Location: 20437 River Bank Street, Potomac Falls, VA 20165 (Rivercrest Riptide Pool)

Parking: All Parking should be on River Bank Street before the first stop sign. As you turn onto River Bank Street from Algonkian Parkway you will head up a hill, you can start parking on both sides of the street anywhere after the crest of the hill and before the stop sign. There are no houses on the long section of the street, so if you are parked in front of a house, you are parked in the wrong place. You are welcome to drop off large items, like tents etc. at the entrance of the pool parking lot and then proceed back to the designated parking area.

Times:
5:00 pm: Pool deck opens
5:30-5:50 pm: Willowsford warm-ups
6:00 pm: Meets begins
**Officials and Timer briefings will occur at 5:35 pm.

Theme: Rivercrest has invited us to participate in their theme of Christmas in July - feel free to join in their festivities!

Team Area: The Team Areas are located in the parking lot with direct access to the pool deck. Willowsford will have the back section of the parking lot towards the playlet. Please ensure the area is free of trash before leaving!

Spectators: Willowsford spectators should set up chairs on the left side (not Parking lot side) of the pool; Rivercrest will be on the parking lot side. There should be no spectators entering the pool deck, or loitering around the area of the small gate that the swimmers use to enter the deck for their races.

Concessions: Chick-Fil-A Chicken sandwiches, fresh grilled hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs, chips, assorted candy, drinks and snow cones.

Willowsford South @ Potomac Station

Location: 102 Valemount Terrace Leesburg, VA 20176 (Potomac Station Pool)

Parking: Parking is very limited. Please follow the parking signs. Parking is available at the tennis courts (on the other side of River Creek Parkway) or down the street at Harper Park Middle School. Do not park on Valemount Terrace by the townhomes as you will be towed.

• Do not park along the street by the pool or your vehicle might be towed.
• Please follow the parking signs. There will be “No parking” sign along the roads.
• Parking on any other side streets is also fine as long as you do not block any driveways and are courteous of our neighbors.

7:35-7:55 am: Willowsford warm-ups
8:00 am: Meets begins
**Official briefings will occur at 7:30 am, immediately followed by Timer briefings at 7:40 am.

Theme: Potomac Station has invited us to participate in their theme of Red, White, and Blue - come dressed in your patriotic gear!

Team Area & Spectators:

• Please have swimmers find their team area on the pool deck to the right of the pergola. 
• Spectators must bring their own chairs and set up around the pool deck according to this diagram.
• Remember to pick up your trash!

Concessions: Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwiches, delectable donuts, snacks, and refreshing drinks. Both cash and credit cards are accepted.

Lansdowne @ Willowsford South 

Theme: Hawiian

Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot by the pool and along Grassland Grove Drive. Note: Do not park in the first parking lot on Willowsford Lane or directly on Willowsford Lane. There will be signage.

Times:
7:00 AM: Pool deck opens
7:10-7:30 AM: Warm-ups (Willowsford)
7:30-7:50 AM: Warm-ups (Lansdowne)
8:00 AM: Meet begins

**Official & Timer briefings will occur at 7:30 AM at the computer operations table at the far end of the pool deck.

Team Area: Please have swimmers find their team area in our parking lot in the half-moon area (between the pool and the Lodge building). (See enclosed map.)

Seating: We ask that all spectators and swimmers keep the pool deck clear near the clerk of course area as traffic tends to bottleneck. To maintain clear sight lines and facilitate efficient meet operations, parents not working the meet as a deck official, volunteer lane timer, or other meet positions are not permitted along the far side of the pool. Further, competitors may not loiter along the edges of the pool between the timers and the starter equipment. We encourage families to bring their own deck chairs to supplement those available on the pool deck.

Supervision: Parents and coaches are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and families and for cleaning up the team area. Please note, as a safety precaution, no swimmer or spectator is allowed in the baby pool or beach entry area of the pool before, during or after the swim meet.

Concessions: Concessions will be available: Chick-fil-A, Anita's, donuts, and drinks. Cash or Venmo is accepted. 

Weather Delay: Our pool management company has a 45-minute wait-out period after a thunder/lightning strike. We are required to clear the pool deck during this time. Together, Team Reps and Head Coaches will address weather delays accordingly.
