- 5:30pm: Meet timers gather in the baby pool area for briefing.
- 5:35pm: Waves Warm-up
- 5:40pm: Officials briefing at the far end of the pool.
- 5:45pm: Parents allowed on the pool deck. Only parent volunteers allowed before 5:45. Be aware of blocked off areas.
- 5:55pm: National Anthem - everyone gathers on the pool deck.
- 6:00pm: Meet starts
PARKING: Please park only in the LOWER lot. Do not park on the streets around the club house or in the upper lot at the front of the clubhouse. A map for parking is below. TEAM & SPECTATOR SEATING: The visiting team is located to the left of the pool entrance near the zero entry pool. Parents can bring chairs and additional tents (up to 6 - 12’x12’ish) tents to create more cover for your families to sit on the pool deck. Please do not allow anyone in the zero entry pool. The long side of the pool with white tents is standing room only. Chairs will be placed there for elderly and disabled viewers (of both teams) to use to cheer on swimmers. CONCESSIONS: Pizza, burgers, hotdogs, samosas, Gatorade, water, and other snacks. Cash and credit cards accepted. $5 minimum on credit card purchases.
